What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a high-energy fitness program blending weightlifting, aerobic exercises, and bodyweight movements. It's all about boosting overall fitness by targeting ten key areas: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. Each day brings a new Workout of the Day (WOD), keeping things varied and exciting.
At B Pro CrossFit classes are coach led so whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, CrossFit workouts are scalable to your level

What does a CrossFit class look like?
Whiteboard brief & class introduction - We gather in front of a whiteboard and our coach walks us through the workout, the movements, and ideas for scaling the workout up or down according to your level and needs.
Warm-up - Our coach will take the class through a warm-up to prepare us for the rest of class.
Skill practice - After the warm up, our coach leads the class through a skill practice, which is typically related to the movements in that days’ workout.
Workout - Once everyone’s ready, our coach will start the clock and the entire class will do the workout together.
Cool down - Fist bumps, sharing scores and stretching to transition you back into your day.

A: No, CrossFit is for everyone. The workouts are programmed to challenge you and the coaches role is to scale them to your skill set.

A: Classes at B Pro are 45 minutes long. Each session is programmed with coaching at the forefront so you can develop your gymnastics and weightlifting skills as well as developing your engine.

A: No, everything in class is scalable, you will always leave feeling motivated after a good session.

A: No, our CrossFit programme round Monday-Friday. If you come to at least any 3 sessions across the 5, we believe you will have a good varied programme.
